HOPE LIVES HERE
Stress, Anxiety, Depression?
Even if you haven’t contracted COVID-19, you can still experience emotional trauma from the pandemic. We’re all in this together, which is why BeWellLine and California State have come together to provide support and counseling.
Perhaps the most important element of BeWellLine’s support for the people of California is that everyone is entitled to reach out. You can call via telephone, arrange a text chat, or join a web conference for groups or your family up to six times. Guests will be able to ask questions, receive advice, and receive long-term support from a case manager.
Evidence-Based Advice and Support
There are healthy and unhealthy ways to cope with the stress of a crisis. We’ve gathered data on how people have survived crises before, and incorporated this into our recommendations and advice. When you get in touch with BeWellLine, you can count on culturally proficient, in-touch care and advice that really works.
Share Your Story
BeWellLine prioritizes inclusion and guest participation. We don’t expect you to silently receive advice, but share your story and participate in our community-driven care. While guidance and instruction are valuable, there’s nothing that can replace real connection and a caring, empathetic listener.
BeWellLine is an organization that consists of case managers, medical experts, and trained workers who’ve come together to help our neighbors during and after the COVID pandemic.
Our mission is to provide evidence-based, free-of-charge care to people who might not have access to it otherwise. Everyone in the state of California is entitled to reach out and get the help they need, receive advice and counseling, and share their story.
The FEMA Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP)
The specific model of care that BeWellLine provides is based on the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program. We possess a diverse set of resources that can meet the needs of people who are struggling in their own unique ways.
